Ethan recently fulfilled a $5 million contract to provide 3,000 Microsoft Surface Pro devices to Services Australia as part of the organisation's digital transformation strategy.
The devices, which were designated to local and remote workers, as well as temporary employees, supported business continuity during the Coronavirus pandemic and the country’s lockdown periods, ensuring welfare payments and services could continue, uninterrupted, throughout 2020.
Ethan was selected to fulfill the contract after a Request for Quotation (RFQ) was issued under the Digital Transformation Agency’s Hardware Marketplace Panel. Providers were assessed based on their ability to offer value for money and reliability among other qualities.
